Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (order before 12 PM)
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order value (Free shipping on orders above ₹500)
- Delivery location
- Product weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within India only. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on regulations. Cold storage items require special handling and may have limited delivery areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided.
Return Policy
General Return Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health concerns, we have specific return guidelines:
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery
- Expired or near-expiry products (less than 3 months)
- Missing items from your order
Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription medicines (unless damaged or wrong product)
- Products with tampered or broken seals
- Partially consumed products
- Personal care items and hygiene products
- Products without original packaging
Return Timeline
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned within 14 days of the return request approval.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support with order details and reason for return
- Provide photos/videos if reporting damage or defect
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship the product to our returns address (we'll provide a prepaid label for eligible returns)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of our error)
- For damaged products, we offer replacement or full refund including shipping charges
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost once we receive your return.
